For nail techs
Your reviews should leave with you
Free for nail techs
Keep every review you've earned.
Three emails: how a review gets tied to you, the QR code that captures one in a single scan, and the portfolio that moves with you chair to chair.
Every five-star review you earn on Google or Yelp belongs to the salon. Walk out the door and it stays behind. On Polish Perfect, clients review you. Your rating, your photos, and your history stay on your name when you change salons, go independent, or apply for a better chair.
- Reviews tied to you, not the salon
- One QR scan per review
- A portfolio that moves with you
How a review reaches you
A QR code at your station. A review on your name.
Print your code and put it at your table, or show it on your phone. A client scans it, snaps a photo of the set, rates it, and writes a line. The review lands on your profile and on the salon's page, so both of you get credit.

“Minh's the best!”
What your profile does for you
A portfolio that gets you hired
When you apply to a job on Polish Perfect, the owner sees your sets, your rating, and your review count before they reply. The interview starts with proof instead of promises.
Find a job →Proof when you negotiate
Asking for a better split or a private room is easier with thirty five-star reviews on your name instead of the salon's.
Clients can find you again
Your profile shows where you work now. A client who loved their last set can find you by name and follow you, not the address.

- 2
Print your QR code

- 3
Collect reviews anywhere you work
Change salons, link the new one, keep the same code. Every review stays on your profile.
Start with the profile. The reviews follow
Free, a few minutes on your phone, and it's also how you apply for jobs.
Own a salon?
Tech reviews help your salon, not hurt it
The worry
“If reviews belong to the tech, they walk out the door with my reputation.”
What actually happens
Every review a client leaves for a tech also lands on your salon's page and counts toward your rating. Your best techs become a reason clients choose you. And when you hire, a tech's reviews tell you what an interview can't.
Feature your techs
Claim your listing and your techs' reviews show on your salon page too.
Questions techs ask
What happens to my reviews if I leave a salon?
Nothing. They stay on your profile. A review on Polish Perfect is tied to you and to the salon where the work happened, and it never gets filtered by where you work now.
Does my salon owner have to approve my profile?
No. Your profile is yours. You link the salons you work at, and a review left at a salon publishes once you've confirmed you work there, so nobody can pin a stranger's review on you.
Can I remove a bad review?
Not from your profile, and neither can the salon. Reviews only publish for salons you've confirmed working at, which keeps reviews from places you never worked off your page. If a review is abusive or clearly not from a real client, contact us and we'll look into it.
Can I work at two salons at once?
Yes. Link every salon you work at. Reviews from each one land on the same profile.
Do my Google or Yelp reviews transfer?
No. Those sites don't let reviews leave, which is the whole problem. Your Polish Perfect reviews start the day you print your code, and the next happy client is the first one.
Is it free?
Yes. Profiles, the QR code, and reviews are free for techs and always will be.
