For nail salon owners

Stop hiring nail techs blind

Every application comes with the tech's portfolio, client reviews, and a license you can check. Post your opening free and it stays on the city jobs page techs find on Google until the chair is filled.

No salon in your city has posted yet. The first one in gets the whole page to itself.

Where your post shows up

Techs google “nail tech jobs” and their city. Your post is the page they land on.

Every city has its own jobs page, built so Google can read each listing. A Facebook post is buried by tomorrow. Yours stays up until you fill the chair, and goes out in the job alert email techs sign up for.

Why owners post here instead of Facebook

01

Know who can do the work before they walk in

A portfolio, client reviews, and a license on every application. Skip the working interview for anyone who can't show a clean set.

02

Be where techs look, not where you have to shout

City job pages rank on Google for the searches techs actually type. Your post holds its spot until it's filled instead of sinking under the next twenty.

03

Three minutes to post, one inbox to run

Pick pay type, services, and schedule from chips. Applications land in your dashboard. Need someone this week? Pin your post to the top of the page for a few dollars.

Three steps to a filled chair

  1. 1

    Claim or add your salon

Search your salon name. Most salons are already listed. Claiming takes a phone call to the listed number, about a minute.

  2. 2

    Describe the chair

Pay type, services needed, days. No long description required. The chips do the work.

  3. 3

    Review applicants

Each application shows the tech's portfolio, reviews, and license. Message them from your inbox.

An empty chair costs you every day it stays empty

Posting takes three minutes and no card. Your opening goes live on the city page and in the next job alert email.

Questions owners ask

Is it free to post?

Yes. Posting a job is free and stays free. Putting your post at the top of the page is optional and costs a few dollars.

Should I offer commission, booth rent, or hourly?

Each works for a different salon. Commission shares risk, booth rent is predictable, hourly is simplest to run. The post lets you pick one and say the numbers up front, which is what techs respond to.

Should I hire as an employee or a contractor?

It depends on your state and on how the chair really runs. Under the IRS test and most state tests, a tech who works your hours, uses your products, and is paid by you is an employee. A booth renter who sets their own hours, keeps their own clients, and pays you rent can be a contractor. California, New Jersey, Massachusetts, and Illinois apply the strictest version. Check your state's rule or ask a payroll professional before you post.

How long does it take to get applicants?

It depends on your city and your pay. Posts with pay stated get more applications than posts without it. Your post also goes out in the weekly job alert email to techs in your area.

Can I post in a language other than English?

Yes. Write the post in whichever language your salon runs in. Techs can also read the jobs pages in Vietnamese.

Your next tech is searching right now. Be the post they find.

Free to post, three minutes, and every application comes with the work attached.
