The people behind Polish Perfect
We're a small team building one thing: a place where nail people get found. Want to talk to us? Email us. A real person answers.

Why we built this
Polish Perfect started in 2016. Our founder, Lynda Le, grew up around the nail trade. She saw how hard it was for nail techs to find clear facts they could trust about the work. So the site began as a place for techs to learn.
Then it grew. Owners told us they found techs by asking around and hoping. Clients told us it was hard to tell one salon from the next. So we built a directory where a salon can claim its page, collect reviews, and post a job for free, and where a tech can apply with photos of their work.
Today there are over 12,000 listings across all 50 states, in English and Vietnamese. Our goal is to help a million nail techs get better at their work and get found for it.
