What we're building
Polish Perfect is a directory for the nail world. Clients find nail salons and nail techs. Salons hire techs. Techs build a profile that follows them from chair to chair. Supply stores and nail schools get found by the people who need them.
We started in 2016 as a place for nail techs to learn. Today the directory has over 12,000 listings across all 50 states, in English and Vietnamese. Our goal is to help a million nail techs get better at their work and get found for it.
How we work
These are the things we look for in each other.
Nail people come first
We build for the owner at the front desk and the tech at the chair. If it doesn't help them, we don't build it.
Plain words
We write the way people talk. Short, clear, and in English and Vietnamese.
Small and quick
There are fewer than five of us. You own your work from the first idea to the day it goes live.
Honest numbers
We say what we know and what we don't. We don't dress things up.
