70/30 commission split
Tips average $100–$150 a day

What you'd be doing

Gel manicures and extensions — the bulk of what walks through the door
Russian manicures for clients wanting precision detail work
Nail art, from simple designs to custom pieces
Building and maintaining your own client base

What we're looking for

Valid California nail license
Experience with gel applications and extensions
Reliable, punctual, and professional with clients

Nice to have

Portfolio or photos showing your gel and art work
Experience with Russian manicure techniques
