From Passion to Perfection

Q. Can you tell us about your journey to becoming a nail artist? What inspired you to enter this field?

Always loved getting my nails done in high school. Didn’t know I would love nails
as much as I do. I love being a nail tech.

Q. What are your favorite nail art trends currently, and how do you incorporate them into your work?

I love chrome, 3D designs & cat eye gels. Whenever I have an opportunity to do
a freestyle nail set I definitely add those designs.

Q. How do you stay inspired and keep your creativity flowing?

This is something I still struggle with 5 years later. When I feel creative and
inspired I create a lot of content. When I don’t feel that way I like to be chill and
live in the moment. Love being surrounded by my family.

Q. Can you walk us through your creative process when designing a new nail look?

I don’t think I’ve ever created a new nail look. I take inspo from other nail techs ,
see what’s trending and switch it up a little.

Q. What has been the most challenging aspect of your career as a nail artist, and how did you overcome it?

Most challenging aspect as a nail tech is myself. I am my biggest enemy
sometimes. To over come my inner critic I like to look at nail pictures over the
years & see my progress.

Q. What are your top tips for someone who wants to maintain healthy, stylish nails?

Treat your nails like jewels not tools. Don’t be rough on your nails. Don’t pic
at them. Wear gloves when washing dishes. Just be careful

Q. How do you think social media has changed the nail art industry, and how has it impacted your career?

Social media impacted the nail industry alot! You’re able to reach alot of people
by one post. It impacted my career postively, I’m at 250k on tiktok and 29k on
Instagram. I have amazing clients who’ve been booking for years. I love it.

Q. What’s your most memorable client experience or project, and what made it so special?

I have something positive to say about every client. I appreciate them for
booking. The most memorable experience is seeing clients grow over the years. I
love it

Q. How do you plan to evolve your work and brand in the coming years? What’s next for you?

I’m not really sure what my future holds. Maybe I own a salon, maybe I become a
teacher. I’m not sure. I like to day by day. Today I love being a nail tech

Q. Lastly, for all the aspiring nail artists out there, what advice would you give to those just starting their journey?

Don’t give up. We all start somewhere!
Don’t spend all your money on nail supplies! Make smart purchases!
Do your research on nails schools.
Be professional. There’s a lot of things I can say. Just remember to be happy
you’re doing something you love and making people happy about themselves

Q. How much do you charge? Would you be comfortable to share your price list?

$60 short
$70 medium
$80 long
$90 XL
